日蝕可編程振蕩器原廠編碼

日蝕可編程振蕩器只是一個振蕩器,其中使用整數(shù)模式或分數(shù)鎖相環(huán)(PLL)將諧振器頻率后處理到所需的輸出頻率。所采用的諧振器是體聲波(BAW)石英晶體諧振器或MEMS(微機電系統(tǒng))諧振器。振蕩器輸出頻率和其他操作功能使用集成電路的內(nèi)部可編程存儲器進行配置。該電路由振蕩器環(huán)路、典型鎖相環(huán)路(PLL)和相關功能塊組成,以促進各種偏置電平和輸出邏輯配置。
