近年來,對小型化、多功能網絡設備的需求不斷增加,愛普生推出SG3225VAN晶振是一款小體積尺寸3.2x2.5mm晶體振蕩器,差分晶振,電源電壓為2.5V至3.3V,輸出頻率73.5MHz至700MHz,具有低電源電壓,低功耗,低抖動,低耗能,低損耗,小型化,高穩(wěn)定性等優(yōu)點,在手持攜帶設備、可穿戴式設備以及物聯(lián)網等網絡設備中具有廣闊的市場前景,可有效延長設備使用壽命、縮短產品開發(fā)周期。目前市場主流差分晶振都是6腳貼片晶振封裝,頻率比普通晶振相比較高,常用的頻率有:74.25MHz,100MHz,125MHz,148.5MHz,150MHz,200MHz等。適用于10GbE、40GbE、100GbE超寬頻以太網絡,醫(yī)療、測試測量、消費電子、工業(yè)自動化等領域。

愛普生SG3225VAN晶振結合低抖動PLL技術和內置AT晶體單元,可產生穩(wěn)定的輸出信號;頻率偏移誤差*低±20ppm,*大相位抖動不超過0.6ps,非常適合對時鐘信號完整性有嚴格要求的系統(tǒng)??紤]元件老化的影響,其頻率老化率僅為±5ppm/年,大大提高了元件的使用壽命。SG3225VAN石英晶體振蕩器支持LVDS標準差分信號,增強了輸出信號的抗干擾能力,可作為標準模塊在電路中直接應用。
